To quote Rihanna, “Work, work, work, work, work!” As a freelancer, I pretty much work all the time, even on “holidays.” But combining business with pleasure makes it worth it!
Yeeees, mostly! It depends on the destination. I pick places where solo female travel is generally safe. No guarantees, though. Adventure always comes with a little risk. My passion always outweighs my fears. And remember, being prepared and aware helps keep those risks low!
Tough to pick just one! Favorites include Antarctica, Galápagos Islands, Formentera, Gili Islands, Argentina, Iceland, Australia, Italy, Mexico, Malta, and Cuba. Each place left a mark and special memories.
Every year I plan where to go next. Next up: Hawaii, Vietnam, and Columbia. I want to explore faraway places instead of just quick trips nearby. But who knows? My wanderlust might surprise me!
Both! Solo travel fuels my independence and growth. Traveling with friends is about sharing fun moments. So really, I love it all.
My own bed, hands down. Traveling light is great, but nothing beats your own space and routine. Still, I don’t complai. I love this life!
There have been a few: like men following me once, and terrifying turbulence on a flight from Bologna to Barcelona. I thought, “Why do I keep risking this?” But every time, my guardian angel watches over me, and I keep going!
I moved to Barcelona nine years ago. My longest trip before that was 10 months traveling for work and study in Australia and Canada.That trip sparked my passion for travel and the rest is history.
